Once we receive your order we will work on one or more design previews for your cedar sign. This can take several hours to complete so we have an immediate investment in your project. Also it's much more efficient to collect the full payment at the time of order thru the website than getting a down payment at the time of order, then having to go back and bill you a second time for the remainder before shipment. We do not keep credit card information on file.
It has only happened a couple times in 15 years, but if for some reason we cannot come up with a cedar sign design that suits you during the design phase of the project and at our discretion, we may refund all but a $35 design fee. Once we get a design approval and start the carving process, no refunds are possible.
