Once we receive your order we will immediately begin work on one or more design previews for your sign, then work with you till we have the design the way you want it. This can take from one to several hours of our time to complete, so we have an immediate investment in your project. Included in the cost of the sign is a $35 design fee to cover the cost of the design time. It has very seldom been a problem, but if for some reason we cannot come up with a sign design that suits you during the design phase of the project, and at our discretion, we may refund up to everything but the $35 design fee. Once we get a design approval and the carving process has started, no refunds are possible.

Also, a big reason for the approved proof is so you can spell check your name and/or text. If we carve it differently than the approved proof, the mistake is on us, but if you approve a design with a misspelling or other error, it's on you.

This is a custom product made to your specifications so we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the sign is carved.  If for some reason there is a problem with your sign we will happily try to work with you to make it right in a way that works for both of us. At our sole discretion and if we feel its reasonable, we may possibly fix your sign, replace your sign, offer a partial refund, or try to find some other remedy.

We want to please you and will work hard to do so, but in today's world there has to be a written agreement to fall back on.  If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]
