With the current volume of orders, it's taking about 3 weeks till shipment after your approval of the final design proof. Remember we carve each sign only after receiving an approval from you for the signs design. We draw the sign designs in the order that they are received, and we carve the signs in the order that we receive the approvals. We usually get design previews sent out in 2-5 days depending on current order volume. We're happy to work with you as long as it takes to come up with design you're happy with, but the normal three weeks for carving and delivery only starts after the design/approval process is completed.
During the Christmas season and around the local War Eagle Craft Fair (October thru January) , we often get a little behind and take a little longer to get signs carved.
